Pam Winkler Joins Newmark as Vice President, Regional Controller of Client Accounting.

Newmark is pleased to welcome Pam Winkler as Vice President, Regional Controller of Client Accounting. Ms. Winkler brings more than 35 years of experience in real estate to her new role.

Ms. Winkler will oversee the client accounting process for the Western region of Newmark’s Property Management division. Drawing upon her accounting expertise, Ms. Winkler's responsibilities will include implementing accounting policies and procedures, overseeing the region's processing center, ensuring accounting systems are audit-ready, and providing direction in the hiring and training of Newmark's accounting personnel. As head of the Western region, Ms. Winkler will report to Mark Cipriani, Newmark Property Management's National Director of Client Accounting.

Prior to joining Newmark, Ms. Winkler acted as a consultant during the onboarding of TA Realty's sizable portfolio and served as Chief Operating Officer for Davis Partners, a property management company in Southern California. She also held the position of Controller for The Alison Company.
